RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Flexi we strive to make every customer completely satisfied with their purchase. If not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange via mail. Please include receipt and must be within 30 days of purchase. Flexi gladly accepts returns and exchanges, please note defective or damaged product can only be returned if unworn. Footwear returns and exchanges must include the original shoe box in its original condition along with form below submitted and without postal labels.

  • Shopflexi.com reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the thirty (30) day return period.
  • Contact Customer Service for availability of desired exchange or return item(s) if it falls outside of the thirty (30) day return policy. E-mail request to Customerservice@shopflexi.com
  • ShopFlexi.com is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within ten (10) business days of receipt of your return (please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from ShopFlexi.com).
  • An email notification will be sent to you once your package has been received by ShopFlexi.com.
