[+][] If I order multiple items with in same purchase, will they arrive in one box?

Most of the time we try our best to include all items of an order in one shipment. However depending on the size of packages and location of fulfillment facility this could be multiple shipments.

Once you have submitted your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email to confirm that your order has been received. This email will contain your order number, along with the zip code of your shipping address, tracking number, all you need to track your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot process online orders from countries other than the continental United States at this current time.

[+][] How can I change/cancel my order?

Unfortunately, this cannot be changed or canceled once the order has been shipped. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the option of returning/exchanging by courier. Click here for more information about Flexi’s return policy.
